FAQs
Simply choose the Will you require. From there, you will be taken to an online form where you will input all of the necessary information regarding you and your spouse/partner’s personal details (if a ‘Couples Will’ is selected), beneficiary information, asset distributions and party(ies) appointed to execute the Will, Power of Attorney and the Medical Treatment Decision Maker.
On completion of the Will, you will be redirected to a payment page. The Will can be paid for by a credit/debit card via an embedded secure payment gateway or Robinson Gill Lawyers can issue an invoice. Please note, where an invoice has been issued, payment will need to be received before the Will is released.
Yes. Robinson Gill Lawyers’ online will has a ‘save and continue’ function. You will receive an email notification that contains a link to use to return to the form. This link is valid for 30 days.
