As an integral part of the team since 2019, Celia works closely with lawyers in the property department on a variety of residential, farming, and commercial transactions. She has particular experience in supporting complex off-the-plan development projects, assisting at every stage of the process from finance to planning and project documentation.

Working with both English and Chinese clients, Celia takes the lead on the administrative management of files from start to finish. With years of procedural experience, she collaborates with multiple stakeholders to support matters through to completion - including lenders, banks, vendors, buyers, local Councils, real estate agents, the State revenue office (SRO), and Land Use Victoria.

Known for her sharp commercial awareness, Celia thrives in the fast-paced environment of the conveyancing world. With her background as a finance manager, she has an eye for detail, and is relied on by clients and lawyers alike to know what needs to be done to keep matters progressing efficiently.

Celia has a Bachelor of Business and Master of Business Law from Monash University. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Celia is a clerk in the Property team at Robinson Gill. She assists Serena Ding and Kelly Brown in a wide range of conveyancing and general property matters.
