With years of experience in the family law industry, both before and after becoming a Solicitor, Marnie’s strength lies in her ability to truly understand her clients’ needs and providing clear, practical advice. She is passionate about supporting her clients through the complexities of separation, ensuring they feel heard and valued every step of the way.

Marnie understands that navigating family law matters can be challenging and emotionally taxing, she actively listens with the aim of helping clients through what can often be a difficult and emotional process. If you’re facing parenting disputes or property issues, you can trust her to navigate the legal landscape with strength and integrity.

With extensive experience in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Marnie is prepared to fight for your rights, whether in negotiations or court proceedings, offering expertise in all areas of family law, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, binding financial agreements, spousal maintenance, child support, and family violence.

Marnie sits on the Law Institute of Victoria’s Courts Practice Committee and is part of the Parenting Working Group.  She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and Law Council of Australia.
