Rachael is a disputes lawyer with a focus on estate disputes.
Rachael has helped a number of individuals successfully dispute wills where they have either been left out completely or left inadequate provision. She also has experience in defending claims made by individuals against deceased estates.
She is the author of Robinson Gill’s #contestawillwithrobinsongill series which she regularly publishes. The series is designed to demonstrate the real-life realities of contesting a will using easy-to-read stories, as opposed to legal case notes.
Rachael completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Deakin University.
She was a graduate of Methodist Ladies College in Melbourne.
Rachael spent one year abroad as part of an exchange, studying at Brighton University in the United Kingdom.
